WHY VIRTUAL CONTENT

WHAT YOUR
STUDENTS
RECEIVE

WHAT YOUR PARENTS
RECEIVE

After presenting to over 65,000 students in person through
one-time assemblies and receiving feedback, we realized students would receive even greater support and lasting impact through a
multi-month virtual program.

We consulted with mental health and education experts who confirmed what we were seeing firsthand: students need ongoing support throughout the school year, not just a single presentation.

Research shows that building mental health resiliency takes time and consistent reinforcement. While we've been doing this work for over 6 years, we listened to what schools actually need and evolved our approach. That's why we transitioned from in-person assemblies to a virtual, multi-month program.

This format allows students to:

  • learn at their own pace,

  • revisit content when they need it most,

  • and build lasting skills over time.

Provides teachers and schools with:

  • Flexibility in schedules,

  • Hands-on conversations with students,

  • Lower cost option,

  • and consistent guidance for students.

Our virtual presentation gives schools the flexibility to integrate mental health education into their curriculum in a way that truly supports students throughout their entire school year, creating deeper and more meaningful change in young people's lives.

We believe parents must be part of their child's mental wellness. We provide you a link to send to parents with a virtual 10-minute breakdown summary of the presentation and content their students receive at school because we know that consistent messaging between home and school is essential for lasting impact. We also know parents are busy and cannot always attend an in person event, so we made it easy for your parents to receive this content with a virtual link.

Mental wellness conversations shouldn't stop at the classroom door—parents play a crucial role in reinforcing these skills and creating a supportive environment at home.

Our parent summary equips you with the same language, tools, and concepts your child is learning, making it easier to start meaningful conversations about mental health and emotional wellbeing.

When parents are part of the conversation, students feel more:

  • supported,

  • understood,

  • and empowered to practice what they've learned.

By partnering together, we create a complete support system that helps young people build stronger mental health resiliency.
